Did you mean a 312 or 351? The 320 is a GMT of course. I owned a 312 when they were new last year. It's nice but the 351 i bought recently blows it away imo. . If this is your first and possibly only PAM, at least for a while, I would personally go for the 312. The 351 is very cool with the brown sandwich dial and gold hands but I do find that it makes the watch less versatile when playing around with strap options.
